At the top of the year, new state law came into effect legalizing psilocybin. Direct sale of psilocybin will stay heavily regulated. However under this new law, each resident of Colorado is legally allowed to gift magic mushrooms. This lead us to a fun idea.

How This Works

Each new member will make a small donation to the co-op. Such a donation will officially make you a trusted comrade. As a comrade of the co-op, you can be regularly gifted mushrooms on a separate date.

Are you picking up what I’m putting down? It’s a superfluous process that yields a bountiful harvest.

State law defines a “direct sale” as the exchange of money & mushrooms on the same day. To stay compliant with state law, the Celestial co-op does not engage in the direct sale of psilocybin. Instead we only ask for a donation and in return, you can receive your gift on a separate date.

At the end of the day, we want to keep everything above board and legal. The only way to do so is to stay within the confines of state law. That means terminology is important.

There is no purchase, only a gift. And you are not a customer, you are a comrade of the co-op.
